You did not mention the topic of your paper, and although you can search Google images, you can find photos on a wide range of subjects through a number of our databases, which include the citations.
For example, CREDO, the Infobase databases and Grove Art Online Oxford allow you to limit your search to images and retrieve the citations for them. You can find these online databases on the Library's list of A - Z Databases: Facts and Encyclopedias.
You also can use Oakton’s NoodleTools to create photo citations. You can access NoodleTools through the Library's Databases collection.
