Information about the Oakton Community College bookstore can be found at https://oakton.edu/studentservices/bookstore/index.php.  The bookstore also provides an online search option at https://www.bkstr.com/oaktonccstore/shop/textbooks-and-course-materials.

If you are still looking for less expensive textbook prices, the library reference desk distributes a list of alternatives (see the linked file below).  I'll summarize them as follows:

Sites that allow you to compare prices from different online bookstores:

directtextbook.com

gettextbooks.com

booksprice.com

Rental textbook websites:

campusbookrentals.com

chegg.com

The Oakton Library:

The Oakton Community College Library has a textbook reserve program.  Students can use a textbook in the library for 2 hours at a time.  Not all textbooks are available. Stop by the front desk at the library to see if your textbook is on reserve.

Although textbooks are not usually part of a library collection, sometimes an older edition of a textbook is available through the Oakton library.  Ask a reference librarian to help you search for books and see if your textbook can be borrowed from another college library.
