This kind of error message is caused by browser settings. Usually, the easiest way to deal with this is to change to another browser. This message is more likely to show searching from Chrome. The most reliable browser is Mozilla Firefox. If you are knowledgeable about changing the browser's security settings, you can add the library proxy to approved sites.
