NOTE: Information about using the OaktonVision system is available in a separate answer.

Oakton Library has several databases that provide video content. All require a current Oakton username and password.

Many Facts on File databases include videos clips as well as images, articles,  charts, maps, and definitions.  You can view the various Facts on File databases  by going directly to the Facts on File Databases Portal.

As the name suggests, Alexander Street Press Streaming Video Collections are focused primarily on video content.  Alexander Street titles include the following:

American History in Video
Art and Architecture in Video
Black Studies in Video
Current Affairs in Video
Engineering Case Studies Online
Environmental Studies in Video
Human Rights Studies Online
International Business Online
LGBT Studies in Video
World History in Video

Selected audio/video files are also available in the Britannica Academic (formerly Encyclopedia Britannica).
